I was blaming the time change for having trouble getting to sleep, but that didn't explain why I was having trouble sleeping past 5am. Turns out my new multivitamin, which I take with dinner, has ginseng in it. First time I took it: Saturday night. Time change: Saturday night. Gah.

I do expect when I pick something up that says "One daily multi" that it's a multivitamin and doens't have random stimulant mixed in; it wasn't like it said "multivitamin and herbal supplement." Sunflower, add one lose to your pile of win.
