Not really. A jughandle is a dedicated turnout--the easiest example being by the Publick Theatre. The Michigan left (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_left) takes place almost entirely on the street you're turning onto, with a U-turn in the middle being the only "dedicated" pavement (as such, it requires a median--which the Publick Theatre, f'r example, doesn't have). The setup's very rare outside of Michigan, although South Carolina of all places is taking to it.
I just love how the squiggly arrow looks like a question mark and yet is a perfectly accurate description of the movement. Otherwise this is a poor example, because Spaulding dead-ends into Fulton so the traffic flow's a little different than typical.
